This policy explains what Ai Agents Labs LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects when you visit ai-agentsclub.com or use the AI Agents Club, why we collect it, and what control you have.

1. Information we collect

You give us:

Name, email address, phone number
Billing address and payment details (handled by Whop, our payment processor — we never see or store full card numbers)
Anything you post in the member community or send to support

We collect automatically:

IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring URL
Pages viewed, time on page, clicks, and scroll depth
Cookie and pixel identifiers

From third parties: advertising platforms and analytics providers may pass us aggregated or event-level data about how you found us.

2. How we use it

To provide the Club: your account, sessions, community, and tools
To bill you and send receipts and renewal notices
To provide support
To send you marketing about the Club (you can opt out any time)
To measure and improve our advertising, including matching conversions back to ad platforms
To detect fraud and protect the Services
To comply with law

Legal bases (where GDPR applies): performance of a contract; our legitimate interests in operating and marketing our business; your consent for marketing messages and non-essential cookies; and legal obligation.

3. Advertising and tracking technologies

We use cookies, pixels and SDKs from third parties including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, TikTok and others to measure ad performance and show ads to people likely to be interested.

These tools may set cookies and receive information about your activity on this site. Where you have provided your email or phone number, we may share a hashed version with an ad platform to match you to an existing account for measurement and audience purposes. We do not sell your information for money.

Under CCPA/CPRA, this kind of ad-platform sharing may be treated as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may opt out — see Section 8.

4. Email, SMS and calls

If you give us your phone number and check the consent box, you agree we may contact you by email, phone, and text — including messages sent using automated technology — about the AI Agents Club. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, HELP for help. Unsubscribe from email using the link in any message. Transactional messages (receipts, renewal notices, account and security notices) continue regardless.

5. Who we share with

Service providers who work on our behalf: Whop (payments and membership access), hosting, email and SMS delivery, CRM, analytics, customer support, AI infrastructure. They may use your data only to provide their service to us.
Advertising platforms, as described in Section 3.
Legal: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Business transfer: if we are acquired or merge, your information may transfer as part of that transaction.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

6. Data retention

We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and afterward as needed for tax, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations — generally seven years for financial records. Marketing contact data is kept until you opt out or ask us to delete it.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of information you transmit to us.

8. Your rights

If you are in California (CCPA/CPRA) you may request: to know what we collect and how we use it; a copy of your data; deletion; correction; and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You may also limit use of sensitive personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and the right to withdraw consent and to complain to your supervisory authority.

Other US states (Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and others) grant similar rights.

To exercise any right, email support@ai-agentsclub.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before acting and respond within the time the applicable law requires.

9. Children

The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

10. International transfers

We operate in the United States. If you access the Services from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the US, which may have different data protection laws than your country.

11. Third-party links

Our site links to sites we do not control. This policy does not apply to them; read theirs.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, emailed to you.
