Access to the program is by application. We may accept or decline any application at our discretion. Program access to educational materials is provided at no cost to accepted applicants; participation requires a subscription to a third-party AI tool, which your coach explains during your onboarding call before you commit to anything. Any fees and billing terms for tools or additional services are presented before purchase and form part of these Terms once accepted.
If you purchase any paid tool subscription or service in connection with the program, you agree to the pricing and billing terms presented at the time of purchase. All payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors. If you select a recurring subscription, you are responsible for all scheduled payments until cancelled in accordance with the applicable billing terms.
All content within AI Academy — including but not limited to course materials, videos, templates, scripts, SOPs, frameworks, and community content — is the proprietary intellectual property of Ai Agents Labs LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use these materials for your personal education and your own business. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, share, or publicly display any program content without prior written consent.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the program at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these terms, disruptive behavior within the community, or sharing proprietary program content.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts located in San Diego County, California.
